Koenig & Strey GMAC is one of the largest full-service residential real estate companies in Chicago and the northern suburbs with a progressive attitude toward real estate companies for the new millennium and beyond. They have developed Windsor Mortgage, Inc. and Fort Dearborn Title Co. and provide service in relocation, property management, marketing and insurance.

DO programmed current and future requirements and assisted Koenig & Strey in evaluating prospective relocation alternatives. DO also provided interior architecture and interior design services for the 16,500 square foot headquarters, a 6,000 square foot expansion of Koenig & Strey’s Lincoln Park office located at 1934 North Clark, and numerous branch offices in the Chicago area. Recent work has included designs for two new Chicago offices–the 6,000 square foot office at 750 North Orleans and the 12,000 square foot office located at 1800 North Clybourn.
