Whether academic, research, athletic or student life, each project has multiple stakeholders, and the goals and priorities of the board, administration, faculty, students, facilities, alumni groups as well as donors, must be brought together through a consensus-building process to create a shared vision.

In an environment frequently benefitted by donor giving, DO supports the efforts of institutional advancement to communicate the vision. We also recognize that limited resources must be spent most effectively to achieve goals to deliver the best value.
