Principal

Mr. Wolf received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Urban and Regional Studies from Ball State University in 1975. He joined DO after nine years with PTGR Inc., a Valparaiso architectural, structural and civil engineering firm. This association with an A/E firm has given him an exceptionally broadbased technical understanding of architecture and engineering. His knowledge has resulted in excellent design solutions to meet clients’ short- and long-term goals. He is registered in Illinois and Indiana and is a corporate member of the American Institute of Architects.

Jeff’s interest in the restoration and preservation of historic buildings has led him to become involved in a number of renovation/restoration projects that include the Valparaiso City Hall, the Boys’ and Girls’ Club of Porter County restoration, downtown Valparaiso store front renovations, the Napoleon Center and, the 57 Franklin Center in downtown Valparaiso.

He is currently the Principal-in-Charge of several projects for the City of St. Charles, Illinois including the Municipal Center renovation, Police Station renovation, Century Station renovation, new Central Fire Station No. 1, and Public Works Facility renovation and additions.

Most recently, Jeff managed the development of the new Ivy Tech State Community College, Valparaiso Campus. Phase 2 of the Ivy Tech project is completing construction with a new Portage, Indiana facility currently in the design phase.
