Principal

Vic began his association as an intern with Design Organization in 1977 and became principal in 1992. Vic’s exceptional technical and design talent was recognized with several awards at Ball State. He believes the best designs are a result of collaboration with each individual or consultant, bringing their experience and ideas to the table, advocating for the client’s best interest. He provides leadership and a collaborative attitude which enhances the DO design process.

He began his career at DO in new, renovation, restoration, and large scale complex Public Works projects, requiring coordination of diverse team members and attention to detail in the development of Hard Bid Construction Documents. He is the DO practice leader in Higher Education, and enjoys the diversity these projects offer, from campus planning to academics, research, and campus life facilities.
