civic   Home About DO People Portfolio Sustainability Imaging Client Sites Contact News   PORTER COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING Valparaiso, Indiana Porter County Government selected DO to develop an existing facilities assessment, space needs study, long-range plan and cost analysis to meet their needs into the year 2010. The resulting study demonstrated a need for significantly more square footage. To fulfill the space needs, a full city block was selected on the southwest corner of the Central Business District (CBD) to anchor the weakest quadrant of the CBD and maintain a close one-block proximity to the courthouse square. DO provided planning, scheduling, estimating, full architecture, engineering and interior design services as well as A&I project management, scheduling, budget tracking and move coordination.
