CHARLES MUNICIPAL CENTER St. Charles, Illinois DO worked with the City of St. Charles to create a master plan for their long-term facility needs and to evaluate whether their existing facilities could meet those needs. The Municipal Center is made up of a group of historically significant buildings ranging from the turn of the century which have been connected over time and are located at the center of town on the Fox River. The design and construction process took approximately two and a half years to complete.
