The new Horizon Banking, Investment and Insurance Center is on the north edge of Valparaiso’s commercial district on a 3.4-acre parcel. Located on a graceful knoll, the facility is integrated into the site with its horizontal lines of the Prairie Style architecture. A landscaped foreground and building backdrop face the intersection to the northwest.
