BP CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS CENTER (CSC)

The challenge for the design team was to convert an existing warehouse and fabrication laboratory into a dynamic, flexible space for approximately 130 CSC staff. The new facility had to include an open office environment for customer service agents, collaborative areas, dining facility and activity lounge, and spaces to conduct private meetings. The dynamics of the space were achieved by the use of bold graphic color, pattern and material such as glass, steel and rubber. The activity lounge provides the staff with the space to play ping-pong, foosball and other table games and can be converted into a town hall meeting space by moving the game tables and setting up chairs that are stored in nearby closets.
