DO worked closely with Landor Associates, a corporate brand consultant, to understand Innovene's brand values so the workplace could be designed to reflect and reinforce corporate cultural goals and brand identity.
Innovene's brand identity, “Forward Thinking. Innovative Approach. Challenging Orthodoxy.”, was a major component in developing a non-conformist sense of breaking away with a 7-1/2 degree angled cross-axis and a two-level branded glass column in the connecting monumental staircase. The workplace design reflects a flat organizational structure based on function, flexibility to change, collaboration and right-to-light principle for each individual.
