Koenig & Strey is one of the largest full-service residential real estate companies in Chicago and the northern suburbs with a progressive attitude toward its profession. DO programmed current and future requirements and assisted Koenig & Strey in evaluating prospective relocation alternatives. DO also provided interior architecture and interior design services for the 16,500 square foot headquarters and branch facilities. In addition, DO designed a 6,000 square foot expansion of Koenig & Strey’s Lincoln Park office.
