Included in the project is a specialty Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center with two operating rooms and medical office space. The program called for integrating the new addition with their existing medical office building while maintaining operation of the existing business throughout construction. The improved facility increases convenience to patients, centralizing exam, diagnostics, surgery, pain management and rehabilitative services in a single facility on OAD’s medical campus.
