In order to supplement the services offered at the many Sisters of Saint Francis Health Network locations, Saint Anthony Medical Center (SAMC) of Crown Point is expanding throughout Northwest Indiana to provide convenient patient care.
Saint Anthony Outpatient Center - Valparaiso, Indiana
Beginning in 2005, SAMC leased a DO designed commercial development in Valparaiso at East Pointe Centre. The two buildings total 17,000 square feet and house mixed medical offices and an imaging center.
Cherry Creek Outpatient Center - Schererville, Indiana
The summer of 2006 saw the completion and opening of the Cherry Creek Outpatient Center in Schererville. This facility houses Sports Medicine, OB/GYN, and General Practice offices.
Court Street Outpatient Center - Crown Point, Indiana
The Court Street Center houses a pediatric group, employee assistance offices, and a diagnostic sleep center. North Point Pediatric practice opened its doors in the new Court Street Outpatient Center in Fall of 2006. Special design solutions addressed contagion, anxiety, and privacy concerns specific to children while entertaining with a large wall mural featuring a familiar clown fish. The Employee Assistance space provides private offices and multiple entrances to ensure privacy. The Diagnostic Sleep Center has large patient rooms and bathrooms reminiscent of a hotel. The finishes and furniture were selected to make the patient feel relaxed and comfortable to achieve the best testing results.
DO is currently working on design solutions for Saint John Outpatient Center and Merrillville Outpatient Center. The Saint John Center began construction in winter 2007 and will hold medical offices and diagnostic imaging. Merrillville Outpatient Center began construction in spring 2007 and will house medical offices. Both projects should complete by winter 2008. |
