DO worked with Saint Anthony Medical Center to master plan a new 68-acre campus, which incorporated a series of connected pavilions (medical mall) as well as free standing health care services, providing flexibility for growth, change, and partnerships. Phase 1 included two Pavilions connected by a south facing internal “main street” which provides ease of access and orientation for patients.
With a healthy facility goal, the site and building incorporate multiple sustainable design features: daylighting and views, bioswales, reflective roofing, high efficiency mechanical systems, recycled materials, local materials, and low VOC products.
