The First Phase of the Master Plan Renovation to Moody Bible Institute’s Fitzwater Hall Building consisted of providing a detailed facility assessment, programming, and conceptual space planning that will aid in the development of design standards for the conversion of the first floor of Fitzwater Hall into the Moody Graduate School Faculty Offices.
The ultimate goal of the project is to provide a facility which portrays a sense of identity for the graduate program and conveys a sense of professionalism to reflect the ideals of the faculty and program. This will be accomplished through the reconfiguration of the first floor including enhancements to the main entry, upgrades to the toilet rooms on all four floors to increase accessibility, and upgrades to the existing building systems. Additional upgrades will include the elevator cab finishes, new furniture, and miscellaneous exterior repairs.
