Having just completed the Innovene headquarters in downtown Chicago, the DO design team was asked to design the Commercial Team offices in Lisle, Illinois. Recently acquired space in the Central Park of Lisle office complex allowed DO and the design team from Innovene to embark on fast-paced programming and design phases for the full-floor, 42,000-square-foot space. Employing workstation standards and previously proven design concepts, the aggressive schedule goals were met. The open plan concept provided outdoor views to 100% of the occupied spaces as well as deep daylight penetration.
